Advanced Thermal Technology
Vibration Resistance Capability

Perfectron ensures that the computer systems we develop remain stable even in high temperature environments. Our experts create system designs that use efficient thermal solutions - copper heat pipe and heat sink construct on both component and system levels. These designs typically feature larger heat sink surface areas to increase heat dissipation and reduce thermal resistance.

What’s Heat Pipe

Heat pipes are the most common passive, capillary-driven of the two-phase systems. Two-phase heat transfer involves the liquid-vapor phase change of a working fluid. Heat pipes have an extremely effective high therml conductivity. Heat pipes transfer heat from the heat source (evaporator) to the heat sink (condenser) over relatively long distances through the latent heat of vaporization of a working fluid. Heat pipes typically have 3 sections: an evaporator section (heat input/source), adiabatic (or transport) section and a condenser section (heat output/sink).

Honeycomb Dissipating Vents

The ROC235A industrial 19" 1U Rack-mount fanless Rugged System features a black SECC finish and measures 44mm (1.73”) deep. Instead of a fan the enclosure features large, open honeycomb vents on the top, sides, front and back to allow for natural convection cooling.
One or more honeycomb heat dissipating vents can be installed around a circuit board or power supply , this heat dissipating design can dissipate heat quickly by the honeycomb cells without occupying much space. The invention can increase the heat dissipating area for a faster heat dissipating effect and change the stylish appearance to achieve the aesthetic effect.
