PERFECTRON develops 1U rack mount fan-less system featuring 6th Generation Core i7 processor high computing performance, providing quad cores 3.4GHz clock speed over compact size 1U rackmount. Even with GPU its high power consumption, PERFECTRON fulfill it as a fanless compact size server. System especially builds in graphic module AMD E8860/ NVIDIA GTX950M which can support maximum up to 9 independent display output. ROC249Ahighlight on its rugged design and high functionality, the system especially designed with high efficiency dual sided thermal solution, allow powerful system withstand in harsh environment. 

 

 

The fanless design ensures silent operation and eliminates the possibility of gathering dust and external debris inflow which may cause system failure over time. ROC249A integrates wide range from 16V to 32V DV input can protect system from damages caused by sudden surge of voltage, thus further secure the reliability of its critical components and the system itself. Besides, extended temperature operation from -20°C up to +60°C without CPU throttling which makes it a powerful computing model specially designed for automatic control and base station management in automation applications.

Dual sided thermal solution for CPU+ GPU solution
With combination of high CPU computing power and graphic GPU performance generate numerous heat, PERFECTRON emphasizes on providing exceeding thermal design guarantee system offers superior performance under critical environment. ROC249A innovatively adopts dual sided thermal solution, with copper heat spreader directly touches the heat source components processor and graphic GPU to absorb the heat rapidly, the heat then transfer to heat pipe; heat pipe is two-phase heat transfer involves the liquid-vapor phase change of a working fluid which can provide high efficiency heat transmission, the aluminum heat sink dissipates the heat into surrounding air promptly. One side thermal solution is mainly for Core I processor and the other side is to dissipate the heat for graphic GPU. With unique thermal design, ROC249A can ensure high performance and reliability while working under extended range temperature from -20 up to 60°C
